There are also a limited number of Personal Training sessions available.

If you prefer small groups, rather than big classes then I offer training sessions designed just for you and your friends. These are classes where you can exercise together; motivate each other and have fun. They can take place in your home or garden.

Think of a ‘girls night in’ with a healthy angle.

FAQ's

How much space do I need at home for personal training?

Small spaces are fine, gardens, yards, kitchens and lounges can all suitable. This will be taken into account when designing workouts for you.

I haven't exercised for years, will it be too tough for me?

All programmes are personalised to individuals, I don't design the 8 week programme until we have had a couple of sessions to ensure it is suitable for you.

I've got a couple of friends who would like to get started, can we do it together?

Fitness with friends packages can be tailored to your requirements, this can be individual programmes or private classes such as kettlebells or Metafit. If you let me know your aims I can advise on the best approach.

Can you add more/different classes to the timetable?

I am always looking for new venues, particularly at the moment looking for September onwards, so if you have any suggestions please get in touch.
