I’ve used all of these as excuses at some point in the last 30 years but
I got past these psychological barriers and so can you.
As a personal trainer I will build you bespoke, progressive, programmes of exercise that are easy to fit into
a busy work or family schedule. They can be done anywhere, for instance, in your own home,
on the beach, in a local park, or if you prefer in a gym.
Programmes are flexible and cater for individual requirements. They start you on your journey to being functionally fitter, they encourage a change in your long term approach to health, they do not offer a quick fix transformation.
They can include one to one
training, workouts to do on your own, food diary analysis and more. Example packages can be found below, others are available on request.
