My name is Helen Wood and I am qualified and experienced in delivering a wide range of fitness classes including:

* HIIT * Kettlebells * Metafit * MetaPWR * TRX suspension fitness

* Pilates, * Reformer Pilates, * Barre Pilates Method

* Seated exercise for those less mobile


You'll find that my classes are suitable for all fitness levels.  All exercises can be adapted to work for you. It's never a case of one size or method fits all. Each of you are individual. You have different needs and abilities.  We are always happy to adapt and find the perfect fit for you.


Group Fitness Classes North Tyneside

Our classes include:

Kettlebells North Tyneside

A full body, functional workout incorporating strength, endurance, balance & cardio fitness - no running or jumping!

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

Intervals of high bursts of exercise followed by short rest periods, these intervals are repeated throughout the class. This workout be based on bodyweight exercises or can utilise fitness equipment.

Pilates Classes North Tyneside

Pilates classes focus on core strength, posture, balance through low impact muscular strength and endurance movements.

Reformer Pilates

The Pilates Reformer is a piece of equipment using springs to add resistance to Pilates movements.

Barre Pilates Method

Barre Pilates Method combines simplified basic ballet moves with Pilates principles. This is not a ballet class, no dance experience is needed!
