Group exercise, going to the gym, personal training, excuses, excuses, excuses.

I’ve used all of these as excuses at some point in the last 30 years but
I got past these psychological barriers and so can you.

As a personal trainer and group exercise instructor in North Tyneside I can work with you 1-1, in small groups or in classes to find exercise sessions that suit you. 

Consistency in exercising is the key to helping you achieve your goals. Whether that's improved fitness, changes in your body or building confidence. Consistency is much easier to achieve if you find an exercise routine that you enjoy.

My aim as an instructor is to help you enjoy exercise. To work with you ensure that the exercise you do is safe and effective, whether in a group or individual setting.

I often find that the group environment can help increase your motivation and enjoyment!

While I only ever have a small number of personal training sessions available, I am happy to discuss these 1-1 options with you.
