Group exercise classes are a great way of keeping fit, meeting
people, having fun and working hard.
I am qualified and experienced in delivering a wide range of fitness classes including Metafit, kettlebells, MetaPWR, TRX suspension fitness and seated exercise for those less mobile.

Other classes are always being considered.

and want to suggest alternatives, then
