Free kettlebell taster sessions

I’m excited to be joining in with National Fitness Day by offering some free kettlebell taster sessions at the Linskill Centre on 7 September. Whether you’re familiar with the kettlebell or have never heard of it, come along and see what it’s all about. I will be there to chat, show you the basic techniques, answer questions and also give a mini workout!


Future kettlebell sessions

Starting from 21 September I will be running 2 sessions a week at the Linskill Centre, these will be on Wednesday 17.45 – 18.15 and Friday 09.30 – 10.00.

Reasons to use kettlebells

Weight bearing exercises are good for building your bones, helping reduce your risk of osteoporosis

We use functional movements which replicate how you need to move in everyday life

You get a full body workout without it being high impact – no running or jumping

It’s a good fun way to workout

You won’t end up looking like a body builder unless you also train specifically for this!
